William Anthony Raj, the visionary founder of SM Finishes (SMF), brings over 26 years of expertise in connector manufacturing and electroplating. An Engineering graduate with a Master’s in Management, he combines hands-on technical knowledge with strategic leadership, making SMF a trusted name in precision electroplating solutions. His deep understanding of connector applications, materials science, and metal finishing has been pivotal to the company’s success.
With global exposure through professional visits to Belgium, Germany, France, China, and Singapore, William has introduced advanced plating practices such as Reel-to-Reel and Barrel plating to SMF. His commitment to excellence and innovation continues to drive the company forward, ensuring world-class plating services that meet the evolving needs of high-performance connector manufacturing.
